Where am I? I have not been blogging for a few weeks now. No I am not on a yacht sailing out on the blue Pacific ocean under the warm golden sun. No I am not wandering the soft white sandy beaches that wrap around this wild beautiful island in the sun. No I am not tossing smooth round pebbles out upon a dark midnight ocean under the moon, nor am I climbing deep green wooded trails along a forested rocky shore and feeling the sea breeze toss my hair. No No No. I am not. I am not sipping a glass of wine as I dip my feet in the cool waters of a crystal lake.....nope. I am not doing any of these things today. I am sitting at my computer in disgust as I have had a photo disaster to all my photos and I am trying to fix it. I will come back and show you and tell you about it next and probably ask for some photographer to help me. Did anyone notice I was gone..... drop a comment in my comment box.
These are the blue skies of Sidney Island above for the Sky Watch party of which I am notoriously late for and probably the last one in the door. You can find lots more Sky Watch participants here at the Sky Watch site. I may not get to many of your sites for a few days.

I missed all your beautiful photos that you always post and the ones in this post are absolutely wonderful. The blues are just so vivid. I like the buzzard ones, too. Glad you are back. Sorry about your pictures.
Yes I noticed -- and I missed yur posts. I feel your pain, re the crash damage...it happened to me a couple of years ago, and I totally, forever, lost 6 onth's of photos. I had bought an external hard drive to keep my images on, and for no known reason it crashed. I actually sent ot off to Texas to a company that does a lot of data recovery for the government, and even they couldn't salvage the data. Better luck to you!
thanks everyone for your comments...I am still working on restoring my photos so can't visit right now today but should be able to soon.... I will do a blog on what happened shortly....it is still a mystery to me but a photographer will know hopefully and explain it to me...I will go and try to start a blog with a picture example of what happened to all my photos and ask for your assistance....I can't wait to visit all your sky watches this week but I will be late... to me sky watch is like ice cream with all the toppings....it is the best thing on the Internet.
