All About Time

Life is all about time.  How much time you have and what you do with it.

How much time does anyone have here on this physical place called earth.  It is a random thing, we never really know how much time we will have.

It is all about time, timing and linear time.  And when you look back on your life, you wonder was it enough.  Did I have enough time and did I do enough and was I enough.  Was I my true self when it is a struggle to be ones true self.

So at the end of it all and at the end of my time I will still have all the questions I had as a child. And after so much time it is hard to remember my purpose, the reason I chose to be here and to go through all this messy, beautiful thing called life.

I don't know how much time I have for blogging but I will try.  I hope 2017 is a great year for all my readers and my blogging friends. My computer broke in July when I installed the Windows 10 update so I have not been able to blog.  I have it working a bit until there is a new update, it goes to dreaded Blue Screen when it updates.

I am linking to Our World Tuesday and ABC Wednesday for All About Time.  Here is an Anise Swallowtail butterfly for ABC.
Have a great week bloggers and birders! I thank you for reading and visiting my blog again.

Ah, yes, Windows 10. We won't go there.
Glad to see you blogging again. What sweet pictures of the hummingbirds.
I have been given special people who I love deeply. Even apart from them, the love is endless and timeless.
That gives my life purpose and joy.

Hello Nora! So nice to see a post tonight. I retired in 1999 from teaching and appreciate every single day from morning 'til night. My life is very full as we live on a farm and have horses, dogs and cats. I also have continued to teach (art) at home for the past 15 years. A year ago I was elected to our Town Board and that has taken me in a whole new direction. I also do African drumming and play the baritone ukulele in a Sunday Jam group...no grass is growing under my feet! And there is more...but enough is enough. Keep moving....

Nice to see and read from you. You've posted some lovely photos for us to enjoy. I had no big issues with Windows 10 except it always says it could not update. That is frustrating me.

thanks Lori, you are such a busy girl! I love to visit your site.

I am glad you are posting again. Updates make me very nervous. I have had my laptop for several years and it was lightning fast at first and now after several updates it is getting pretty slow.
Be that as it may, time is always there and we don't know how much we have left. I have lost a couple blog friends to untimely death over the years and a few more to old age and illness. I never met them but I still mourn them.

Nora I am so glad to see you blogging again computer troubles are the pits, but I am glad it was that and not health reasons that kept you from blogging. You are living your life beautifully and I'm grateful that you share some of its beauty through your posts.

Nice to see your post today Nora. I'm sorry about your computer problems...so frustrating! I wish you a blessed new year with new experiences to enjoy. It's been a 'real' winter here in NB so far. We were away to Calgary for 11 days over the holidays so I haven't been blogging much. Time is moving along so fast now. I want to make more of it before it's too late. Blessings. Pam

So pleased to see your blog pop up. I have stopped my computer updating as it caused so many problems. The purpose of life is far too difficult a question for me. I just try to live every moment and enjoy the company of family and friends. Who knows how long we have on this earth let's just make the best of it.

Before I started using Macs I remember the blue screen of death very well. Can't say that I miss it. Blogging does take quite a bit of time. And reading others more, but I feel that there is value in sharing and learning from others. - Margy

Sorry, Norah, I still work with Windows 7. Lovely captures1 so true that we need to decide how much time to spend on what:) Although, I have stopped with making a plan every New Year to get everything crunched in there, but no I hold on to my priorities, and everything else is extra:) More freedom that way:)
A belated happy New Year to you!

Indeed it is..... so many people say often (without even thinking well about it) 'I don't have the time for...'
my returning question always is 'why don't you want to spent time on that?'
Time is all we have.... and we have the opportunity to spent it in any way we want, but we often choose to do it different

Have a nice ABC-Wednesday / _ Week
