We went to my favourite rainy day place this week, the museum downtown.
These pictures are from the Royal Victoria Museum.
We went for the Wildlife Photography Exhibit but they do not allow pictures in that room due to copyrights. So I ventured up to another floor and was happy looking at the First Nations items and natural history. The museum is a wonderful place to spend the day and has a great gift shop as well.
(For Saturday's Critters)
Then we went for a drive and I think this is out at Silver Spay in East Sooke below here. It was raining really hard and windy.
Our usual drive along the waterfront in Sidney gave this picture of a plane and a nice black and white. All the black and whites are for The Weekend in Black and White and Dragonstar. I guess you have to click on them to really see them.
Then when we drove out to Silver Spray we stopped and I took some pictures of reflections along the way. The reflections are for James at Weekend Reflections. This is in the Sooke Basin.
I think these were taken along the waterfront in Oak Bay, they are for Sky Watch Friday.
This is the golf course by the water in Oak Bay.
These are some of the lights out at Butchart Gardens.
I am so looking forward to Spring and some color!
