The Week in Paradise

We went to see the driftwood sculptures at Esquimalt Lagoon again...

It was very foggy.

We went to see a beach near to where we used to live for many many years. I still miss walking on this beach everyday.

We visited another beach that I like.

Esquimalt Lagoon gave us a wonderful sunset a few nights ago.

We looked for the owls last week but only found two and I don't think now that the little one is Woody.  Possibly is the daddy.

We did find baby raccoons with the owls though.

And I found the last lovely butterfly of the season for "L" at ABC.

On Facebook you can see my Island Rambles Page where I post frequently. I have over 300 videos on my Island Rambles YouTube Channel also. My Instagram is here. You can find me on Twitter here.

  4. Your side of the strait gets sandy beaches. Here on the Powell River side they are mostly rocky. Savary Island is an exception. - Margy

  5. The raccoons must've known you were coming, they looked as if they washed and combed themselves. :-) I like your beaches. They're welcoming and give room to breathe and think calmly.
