What happened to Island Rambles?.......
Why I have not been posting very much. First we had a very cold winter with a lot of snow!....
Here is a Junco in the snow for ABC.
A Dove in the snow.
A Varied Thrush in the snow.
We found many eagles that have returned to their nests now. Here are the eagles that raised a hawk called Spunky in their nest in 2017.
We found many hawks also. This is a Cooper's Hawk below.
This is a Red-tailed hawk (below) that we found out in the Saanich Peninsula not far from the Spunky Eagle Hawk nest. He was very tame.
Now the snow is mostly gone and the Spring flowers are coming out.
Also I had an eye operation and that has to settle down a bit more. I am trying to get back into doing my blog and Instagram. I have been hiding out at my Facebook Page mostly but I miss seeing all the blogs!
On Facebook you can see my Island Rambles Page where I post frequently. I have over 300 videos on my Island Rambles YouTube Channel also. My Instagram is here. You can find me on Twitter here.
