The eagles are starting to return to the coastal areas.
My husband took these while he was boating up the coast.
Back at home I had Grosbeaks at the feeder.
Also I saw some Oystercatchers out at Whiffin Spit.
I found a lovely Red-tailed hawk out by the Spunky nest area. He was friendly to me and very curious.
The Waxwings are all in town now looking for berries.
Another Grosbeak at the feeder, they seem to be here all the time now.
Nuthatch
The hawk still flies over the yard but if he sees me he does not stop by for a visit. Thanks to all the readers who do stop in for a visit. I am so grateful to see how many people visit my little blog stories.

ReplyDeleteReally like those eagle pictures - sea birds and fishing trips do seem to make a good combination.
